Over time, Yaşar Murat became a skilled craftsman and became a junior partner in the shop where he began his career. However, after a while, he decided to open his own shop.

Ağam, İzmir's dessert artist, was founded in İzmir in 1978 as a "sweet dream" of Yaşar Murat, who is known as one of the most valuable dessert masters of Gaziantep.
Yaşar Murat, who introduced the unique desserts he produced with his admirable mastery to the people of İzmir in a very small shop he opened in Karşıyaka under the name Ağam, succeeded in gaining the admiration of the people of İzmir and became known, loved, and grew in a very short time, and Ağam became an İzmir Brand that the people of İzmir love and are proud of.
